Progressive Fighting Systems (PFS) is an organization dedicated to teaching realistic self defense and promoting the expansion of Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts.
Progressive Fighting Systems was founded over 20 years ago by Paul Vunak. Paul was trained by Dan Inosanto, Bruce Lee’s top student.
 It was Dan’s encouragement that lead Paul to form PFS.
Paul Vunak has designed a program that addresses the needs of non-martial artists. Executive PFS empowers families and business professionals with functional skills that can be learned quickly and easily.

Over the course of two days Keith will teach you the same system that his Instructor Paul Vunak has taught to SEAL teams, military units, DEA, FBI, DOD, and over 50 police departments nationwide in the U.S.A.

Individuals interested in tailored courses that meet their particular needs and wants for defensive combative training are welcome to e mail us and set up a schedule of intensive one-on-one training sessions. These I.P.T.P.s are the most effective and focused method of instilling the combative skill taught. Intensive Group Training Programs
Recognizing that individual training might not be in the personal budget for some people, we offer the ability to form a small training group of up to five people to help spread the cost while retaining the benefits of small group, intensive teaching. Rates will vary depending on the persons own circumstances and number of sessions booked. Discounts for prepaid packages are offered.
