He has been a competitor,coah,manager,writer for Combat magazine and has produced and starred in numerous dvd titles.
Master Keith has guided students to the highest levels in Martial Arts including dozens of Black Belts,British/ European & World Championship levels!
He has trained with some of the World`s elite Instructors and is currently an Instructor under Sifu Paul Vunak / Sifu Ron Balicki and Mark Hatmaker of the U.S.A.
