Junior Thai boxing, also known as junior Muay Thai, is a martial art training program designed for children 7 – 12 years.

It focuses on building fitness, confidence, and Self-Defence skills in a safe and fun environment. Classes typically include warm-up exercises, technique work, pad work, bag work, and controlled sparring.

Typical Class Structure:
Warm-up:

Includes stretching, jogging, and other exercises to prepare the body for training.

Technique Work:

Focuses on learning basic and advanced Muay Thai techniques like punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

Pad Work:

Practicing techniques on pads with a coach or partner.

Bag Work:

Developing striking power and accuracy on heavy bags.

Sparring:

Light, controlled sparring sessions to apply techniques in a simulated combat environment.

Cool-down:

Includes stretching and other exercises to help the body recover.
